If you’ve lost most or all of your teeth in one or both jaws, All-on-4 provides a full-arch restoration in just one procedure. To replace one or two teeth, we may recommend traditional dental implants or a bridge.

Before we place All-on4 implants, you must be in good overall health, as certain medical conditions, like uncontrolled diabetes or immune disorders, can affect healing and implant success.

You Have Adequate
Jawbone Density

If you’ve lost teeth or experienced advanced gum disease, you may have lost bone density in your jaw. Although All-on-4 maximises existing bone structure, a minimum amount of healthy bone is required to support the implants.

You’re a Non-smoker or Willing to Quit

We want your procedure to be a resounding success. Smoking can interfere with healing and increase the risk of implant failure. If you smoke, we may advise quitting before your treatment begins.

We begin with a thorough examination, including digital scans, to assess your suitability for All-on-4. During this appointment, we’ll also discuss your dental history, goals, and expectations and answer any questions you may have.
If you decide to proceed with the All-on-4 procedure, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

Your Implant Placement

On the day of the procedure, four titanium implants are strategically placed into the jawbone under local anaesthetic.

Once the implants are securely in place, a set of high-quality temporary teeth is attached immediately. These provisional teeth allow you to leave the clinic with a beautiful, fully functional smile while your implants heal and integrate with the jawbone. Over the next fewmont hs, your implants will naturally fuse with your jawbone in a process called osseointegration. We’ll provide regular check-ups to monitor healing.

Your Final Restoration

Once healing is complete, we replace your temporary teeth with a durable, custom-made permanent set. These final teeth are carefully crafted to match your facial structure and aesthetic preferences, providing a natural and confident smile that lasts.
